Welcome to Fairchance for CRM (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

These Terms of Service govern the use of our CRM platform and all related services offered by Fairchance for.

By accessing or using Fairchance for CRM, you (“User”, “Client”, “You”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. 

1. Definitions

 

– Platform: Fairchance for CRM system, modules, and related applications.

– Client/User: Any individual or entity using Fairchance for CRM.

– Data: All information uploaded, stored, processed, or generated within the Platform.

– Agreement: This Terms of Service document.

2. Eligibility

To use Fairchance for CRM, you must:

– Be at least 18 years old.

– Have the authority to enter into contractual agreements.

– Provide accurate registration informationocument.

3. Scope of Services

Fairchance for CRM provides but is not limited to:

– Lead and contact management

– Sales pipeline management

– Workflow automation

– Email and communication management

– Reporting, dashboards, and analytics

– Integrations with third-party apps

– User access management

Fairchance for reserves the right to modify or enhance features without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must:

– Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

– Ensure all submitted data is lawful and accurate

– Comply with all applicable laws including data privacy regulations

– Not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

Users are responsible for all activity under their account.

5. Fairchance for Responsibilities

Fairchance for will:

– Provide stable CRM services

– Maintain reasonable uptime

– Secure user data with industry-standard practices

– Offer technical support as per selected plan

Fairchance for is not responsible for client-side issues, third‑party integration failures, or misconfiguration.

6. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

– Fees depend on the selected CRM plan.

– All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

– Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

– Late payments may lead to suspension or termination.

7. Data Ownership & Rights

– Data entered by the Client remains Client-owned.

– Fairchance for does not use or sell client data.

– Data access is only for support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Data can be exported within 30 days after cancellation.

8. Data Privacy & Security

Fairchance for uses modern security practices. However, no system is 100% secure and 

Fairchance for is not liable for breaches caused by external attacks or third-party tools.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not:

– Upload illegal or harmful content

– Use CRM for fraud or malicious activities

– Interfere with platform performance

– Access other users’ data

10. Third-Party Integrations

Fairchance for is not responsible for downtime or policy changes of third-party platforms.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, design, and documentation are Fairchance for property. Users cannot copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any component

12. Support & Maintenance

Support depends on the Client’s chosen plan and excludes custom development unless separately contracted.

13. Limitation of Liability

Fairchance for is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

Maximum liability is limited to payments made in the past 12 months.

14. Termination

Fairchance for may suspend accounts for violations or non-payment. Data remains accessible for 30 days after termination.

15. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated anytime.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes fall under Lahore jurisdiction.
